How Atlis works
What Atlis does, how your data gets in, and the words you'll see across the app.
Atlis watches what your users do after they sign up and sends the right email at the right moment: onboarding nudges, re-engagement, trial reminders, billing and win-back emails, and testimonial requests.
How your data gets into Atlis
Atlis never connects to your database. It only receives what you send it, in any of these ways:
| Method | Best for | Guide |
|---|---|---|
| Tracking snippet | Web apps. Tracks last active time, traffic source and events from the browser. | Install the snippet |
| Server API | Backends and scripts. Send users and events from your server. | Server API |
| CRM webhooks | Zoho, HubSpot, Zapier, Make and similar tools. | Connect Zoho CRM |
| Stripe or Paddle | Payment events such as failed payments and cancellations, with no code. | Stripe · Paddle |
