Working at Atlis: questions and answers
01Are your positions fully remote?
Yes, Atlis is a 100% remote company. We hire the best talent regardless of geography. Depending on the role, we may require a few hours of overlap with US or European time zones.
02What is the interview process like?
We respect your time. Our typical process involves an introductory call, a brief take-home project or paired working session relevant to your role, and a final culture-fit conversation with the founders. No endless loops.
03Are internships paid?
The first 3 months of an internship are unpaid. From the fourth month, interns who are found eligible receive a monthly stipend. The founding team decides eligibility based on your work and contribution during the first three months.
04Do you offer equity?
Yes. Every early employee at Atlis receives a competitive equity package. We want everyone to act like an owner and benefit from the upside of what we build together.
