Retain · Loyalty score (NPS)
NPS surveys for SaaS with a follow-up for every answer
The Atlis loyalty score is a one-question survey, how likely are you to recommend us from 0 to 10, sent by email and answered in a few seconds. Atlis works out your score, flags unhappy users for follow-up and asks loyal users for a testimonial. It's the standard NPS method, with plain names.

- 2
They answer in one click
A score from 0 to 10 and an optional comment, saved on their profile.
- 3
Atlis follows up
Unhappy answers are flagged for you, loyal ones are asked for a testimonial, and ready-made workflows can follow up automatically.
What you get
What's included in Loyalty score (NPS)
Loyal, Neutral and Unhappy
9-10 is Loyal, 7-8 Neutral and 0-6 Unhappy. Your score is % loyal minus % unhappy, from -100 to +100.
Unhappy users flagged
They show as Unhappy on Users, go under Needs attention for 30 days and on the churn risk list in Recovery for 14 days, and you get an email or Slack message.
Testimonials from loyal users
People who score 9 or 10 are asked if they'd write a short testimonial with a star rating.
Follow-up workflows
Score: Loyal, Score: Neutral and Score: Unhappy workflows come with ready-written emails, as drafts until you switch them on.
Segments by score
Loyal and Unhappy are ready-made segments for broadcasts.

01Is the loyalty score the same as NPS?
Yes. It uses the Net Promoter Score method, % of 9-10 answers minus % of 0-6 answers, with plain names: Loyal, Neutral and Unhappy.
02Is Atlis a Delighted alternative?
For SaaS teams, yes. Delighted shut down on 30 June 2026. Atlis sends the same one-question survey by email, and adds follow-up workflows, unhappy-user alerts and testimonial requests.
03How do people answer?
They click the survey link in your email, pick a score from 0 to 10 on a short page with your brand, and can add a comment. Each answer is saved on their profile.
04Which plan includes it?
Sending surveys and following up works on every plan. The score and comments in Insights are on Growth, Scale and the trial.
