Atlis terms of service
The terms that govern your use of Atlis, including your account, plans and billing, acceptable use and your data.
Last updated: June 7, 2026
Welcome to Atlis. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Atlis software platform, tracking snippets, dashboard interfaces, and automated notification services.
By signing up for an Atlis account, deploying the Atlis tracking script on your website or layout, or clicking to authorize workspace setups, you enter into a legally binding contract with Atlis, Inc. (“Atlis”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Please read these terms carefully before starting.
1. Description of Service
Atlis provides user lifecycle intelligence, automated behavioral sequences, audience segmentation, testimonial capture tools, and weekly email digest engines to SaaS teams.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install the Atlis tracking snippet (atlis-track.js) on your digital properties for the sole purpose of gathering behavioral metrics and syncing active users inside your workspace.
2. Workspace Setup & Registration Security
To claim your active Atlis workspace, you must provide valid profile data during registration. You are fully responsible for:
- Maintaining absolute confidentiality of your auth configurations and login variables.
- All activities, events, automation custom configurations, and transactional email behaviors executed inside your database environment.
- Ensuring that teammates invited to your seats adhere to these Terms.
3. Subscription Cycles, Upgrades, & Cancellations
Certain plans include interactive limits, features, or seats. Subscription and transaction policies are configured below:
- Free Trials: High-end tiers may begin with an active trial cycle. If you fail to upgrade prior to expiration, your rules transition into inactive / trial_expired scopes automatically.
- Automated Billing: Paid subscriptions are processed in advance through Stripe. Recurring services automatically renew unless canceled prior to the payment billing date.
- Dunning & Expiry: Payment failure alerts trigger automated recovery flows. We reserve the right to pause processing queues or access logs if accounts remain unpaid beyond standard retry thresholds.
- Cancellations: Workspace administrators can cancel service at any moment inside settings sheets. No refunds are issued for partial cycles.
4. Prohibited Behaviors
You agree in full not to exploit our platform features, code patterns, or reverse-engineer the tracking snippet. Specifically, you may not:
- Transmit, emit, or track malicious payload variables, spam commands, or unauthorized data logs.
- Dismantle, index, or inspect closed-source aspects of our Firebase functions, databases, or API routes.
- Deploy tracking snippets on properties endorsing illegal material, fraud, or violations of basic privacy frameworks.
5. Intellectual Property Ownership
The design systems, script sources, dashboard layouts, icons, logos, server mechanics, and assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Atlis, Inc.
You retain all ownership rights to original datasets, customer directories, list entries, and testimonial text records recorded inside your tracking collections. We hold no license to these components except as needed to execute service.
6. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
ATLIS SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANT CAPACITY AND SUITABILITY.
ATLIS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, OR SPECIAL DAMAGE CLAIMS, DATA CORRUPTIONS, WEB COMPONENT OUTAGES, OR LOSS OF REVENUE. IN NO EVENT WILL THE TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY OF ATLIS EXCEED THE HISTORIC SERVICE FEES PAID BY YOU DURING THE LAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms, and all disputes arising here, are governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflicts of law directives.
All conflicts will be handled conclusively through binding neutral arbitration inside San Francisco County, California.
