Company accounts for B2B SaaS, with no extra setup

Atlis groups your users into the companies they belong to, from the company ID or name you already send (with identify, your CRM or a CSV import) or, failing that, their work email domain. Each company shows its people, how many are active, its average health, MRR and seats, and paying companies that start to slip come first, with an alert to Slack or your webhook.

How it works

How does company accounts work?

  1. 1

    Send what you already have

A company or companyId property from identify, your CRM or a CSV import. No company field? Atlis uses the work email domain.

  2. 2

Atlis groups them once a day

Names are matched without capital letters, punctuation or endings like Inc or GmbH, and a domain joins the company most of its people name.

  3. 3

    Open Users → Companies

See every company's people, activity, health, MRR and seats, and click one to see its people.

What you get

What's included in Company accounts

  • Grouped from what you send

Company ID first, then company name, then the work email domain. Gmail, Outlook and other personal addresses are never grouped.

  • Company health

Average health of the people there, how many were active in the last 14 days, and their stages.

  • MRR and seats

What the company pays per month from Stripe, Paddle or your plan prices, and the seats on its live subscriptions.

  • Company at risk alert

When a paying company with 2 or more people gets a failed payment, a cancel page visit, goes quiet or most of its people slip, you see it in the bell and hear in Slack or by webhook.

  • Filter, save and email

See a company's people in the Users list, save them as a segment and send a broadcast to everyone there.

  • No extra cost or code

Built from the users Atlis already reads once a day. No group calls in your code and no add-on.

Spot paying companies where nobody has logged in for two weeks, and reach the main contact.

Find expansion

See which companies are growing in people and activity, ready for more seats or an annual plan.

Onboard whole teams

Check that new companies get more than one person active, not just the person who signed up.

Good to know
  • Companies are rebuilt once a day, not in real time.
  • The Companies list shows the top 200 companies; every company's people are still in the Users list.
  • Companies at risk are checked once a day, not the moment something happens.

01

How does Atlis know which company someone works for?

From the company ID or name you send (company, companyName, organization, companyId and similar, from identify, your CRM or a CSV import). Without one, from their work email domain. Personal addresses like Gmail aren't grouped.

02

Do I need to change my code?

No, if you already send a company name or your users sign up with work emails. To be exact, add company or companyId to the properties you send with identify.

03

When is a company at risk?

When it pays and someone there has an unpaid failed payment, visited your cancel or downgrade page in the last 14 days, nobody was active for 14 days, half or more of its people are slipping, usage dropped, or its average health is under 40.
