User health scores and lifecycle stages for SaaS
Atlis keeps every user in a lifecycle stage, new, onboarding, activated, inactive, at risk or churned, with a health score and warning signs, updated as they use your product. Each profile shows what they did, the emails they got and a suggested next step.
Every plan, including FreeUpdated
How it works
How does user health scoring work?
- 1
Connect your app
The snippet, the Server API, a CSV import or Stripe and Paddle send Atlis who your users are and what they do.
- 2
Everyone gets a stage and a score
Stages and health scores update on their own as people use your product, or stop.
- 3
Open anyone
Each profile shows their activity, signals, emails and the next step worth taking.

Health scores
A 0–100 score from recent activity, activation, plan and the last 30 days of events: Healthy, Engaged, Low or Critical.
Signals on every row
Payment failed, considering cancel, trial expiring, usage dropped and visits to your key pages.
Suggested next step
A ready-written email that fits the person, such as helping them finish setting up or inviting them to upgrade.
Filters and saved views
Filter by health, plan, source, age, your own fields or loyalty group, then save the view.
Best time to email
Each profile shows the hour that person is usually active.
FAQ
User profiles and health: questions and answers
Every plan, including Free.
- Atlis doesn't record sessions or screens; it works from the events and properties you send.
- Activation follows the milestones you choose, so pick the actions that mean real value in your product.
01What are the lifecycle stages?
New, Onboarding, Activated, Inactive, At risk and Churned. Atlis moves each user between them automatically from what they do.
02How is the health score worked out?
From how recently they were active, whether they activated, their plan, and the last 30 days of events: upgrades and integrations add points, failed payments and cancel page visits take them away. 75 and above is Healthy, under 25 is Critical.
03What counts as activated?
Reaching the activation milestones you choose, such as creating a project or inviting a teammate.
04Is this on the free plan?
Yes. Stages, health scores, profiles and signals are on every plan.
