A What's new popup in your brand, and proof people used the feature

Atlis product updates show your new features in a What's new popup inside your app, styled with your own colors and logo, and on a public changelog page. Each person sees an update once. Atlis then counts who actually tried the feature and lets you email everyone who hasn't.

How it works

How does product updates work?

  1. 1

    Paste one script

Add atlis-updates.js to your app once. It picks up your brand color and logo, and works next to the Atlis tracking script.

  2. 2

    Write the update

A title, a few lines, an image, GIF or video and a button, with a live preview of the popup as you type.

  3. 3

    See who tried it

Pick the event your app sends when someone uses the feature. Atlis counts who tried it and emails everyone who hasn't in two clicks.

What you get

What's included in Product updates

  • Looks like your product

Your colors, logo and font, a light or dark look that follows your page, and a bottom sheet on phones.

  • Feature tours like Loom's

Up to 4 cards with icons and badges like New or Beta. Each card shows its own image or video, with a Next button.

  • Updates people can act on

Let people choose an option, like Light or Dark, right in the popup. Your app hears the pick and switches it on.

  • A question in the same popup

Ask if the feature is useful, or ask the 0 to 10 loyalty question, saved on each person's profile.

  • The right people

Skip people still onboarding, or show an update only to some plans or products.

  • Who tried it

X of Y active users tried it since launch, paying users too, and a next best move when adoption is low.

  • Never annoying

Each person sees a popup at most once per visit and once every 3 days. Everything else waits in the list behind your What's new button.

  • Scheduled for your busiest hour

Set a time, or let Atlis suggest the hour your users are most active (Starter and up).

  • Safe on your site

Text is never treated as code, only https videos from YouTube, Vimeo or Loom play, no cookies, and it works under a strict Content Security Policy.

01

Is Atlis a Beamer or Headway alternative?

For SaaS teams, yes. Atlis shows a What's new popup and a changelog like they do, and adds what a lifecycle tool knows: who tried the feature afterwards, and an email to everyone who hasn't.

02

Does it slow my app down?

No. The script loads after your page, and updates are cached in the browser for 30 minutes, so most visits make no request at all.

03

Will it annoy my users?

Each person sees a popup at most once per visit and once every 3 days, people still onboarding are skipped by default, and you can choose a corner card or a button only.

04

Can I try it without signing up?

Yes. The free What's new popup builder makes a popup for your site with one snippet, no account needed.
