Slack alerts for likely buyers and at-risk customers
Paste a Slack incoming webhook into Atlis and your team hears about the users who need a look: someone likely to buy, a paying customer at risk or likely to cancel, and usage that drops or surges. You can also post a message whenever a workflow sends its email.

What does the Slack integration do?
Hear about the users who need you
Likely to buy and likely to cancel
When a free or trial user starts doing what your paying users did, or a paying customer starts to look like those who cancelled, Slack hears first. Growth, Scale and trial.
Paying customer at risk
A failed payment, a cancel page visit, an unhappy score or usage dropping. With plan prices set, only customers worth at least your average paying customer.
Usage dropped or surged
Know when a regular user goes quiet, or when a paying customer is active on 4 or more days in a week and at least twice their normal: a good moment to offer the annual plan.
Workflow messages
Choose which switched-on workflows post to Slack when they send, and edit each message with variables like the user's name and email.

Slack and Atlis: questions and answers
Starter or higher (or a trial).
- Each owner alert is off until you switch it on.
- When several alerts happen in one run, they arrive as one Slack message with up to 10 people and a link to each profile.
- A workflow message posts only when the workflow actually sends its email.
01Which plan includes Slack alerts?
Starter and higher, and every 14-day trial. The Likely to buy and Likely to cancel alerts need Growth, Scale or a trial.
02Will Slack get flooded with messages?
No. Each owner alert fires at most once per person (Likely to buy) or once in 30 days per person (the others), and alerts from one run arrive together in a single message.
03Can I change the text of workflow messages?
Yes. Each workflow's Slack message can be edited and can use the product name, the user's name and email, the button link and the trigger name.
