Paddle integration for payment failure and churn emails
Add Atlis as a notification destination in Paddle and your billing events start the right workflow. A past-due payment starts your recovery email, a cancellation marks the user churned, and a first payment marks them activated.

What does the Paddle integration do?
Payment events become emails, with no code
Failed payment recovery
A past-due or failed transaction starts your Payment Failed workflow. A completed transaction after that records the recovery.
Cancellations
When a customer's last subscription is cancelled, the user becomes Churned and your Subscription Cancelled workflow can win them back.
First payments
The first completed transaction becomes Subscription Activated and marks the user activated, so welcome and onboarding emails reach new customers.
Several products
If a customer pays for more than one subscription and cancels one, they stay a paying user and Atlis records which product they dropped.
How do you connect Paddle to Atlis?
Three steps, all in screens you already use. The setup guide has every detail.
- 1
Copy your Atlis webhook URL
In Atlis go to Settings → Integrations → Paddle and copy the webhook URL.
- 2
Create a notification destination
In Paddle open Developer Tools → Notifications → New destination, paste the URL and select the events listed in the setup guide.
