What marks a user as churned in Atlis?
A subscription ending in Stripe or Paddle, a CRM status mapped to Churned, or a subscription_cancelled event you track. The user moves to the Churned stage and this workflow can send.
Can I collect cancellation reasons?
Yes. Link to the Atlis exit survey from this email or your cancel flow. Answers attach to the user and feed churn-reason segments.
