Atlis privacy policy

How Atlis collects, uses, stores and protects personal data, and the choices you have.

Last updated: June 7, 2026

At Atlis, we take your trust extremely seriously. We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of the personal data shared with us. This Privacy Policy explains how Atlis collects, uses, protects, and handles information from our customers, platform users, and marketing visitors.

By accessing our website or using any aspect of the Atlis customer lifecycle platform, you acknowledge and agree to the practices outlined in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information to operate our software platform and deliver a highly optimized user experience. Depending on your interactions with Atlis, we collect:

  • Account Information: When you register an Atlis account, we collect your name, email address, password, company name, and verification details.
  • Billing Information: Payment transactions are handled securely by our integrated sub-processor (Stripe). We do not store complete raw credit card credentials on our servers.
  • Platform Telemetry & Metadata: When you run the Atlis snippet inside your software, we collect background metadata to calculate behavioral events like active dates, UTM tags, user-interaction sessions, and custom triggers.
  • Technical Logs: IP address, device operating system, browser configurations, and network coordinates necessary to prevent security risks.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected details to run our primary business metrics and fulfill your lifecycle automation routines. Specifically:

  • To initialize and sync your active developer tracking IDs.
  • To evaluate when a subscriber satisfies specific event categories and unlock dynamic customer campaigns.
  • To deliver scheduled email digests, weekly reports, and trigger dunning sequences.
  • To secure system integrity, stop platform abuse, and fix layout errors in the dashboard.

3. Data Sharing & Sub-Processors

We do not lease, trade, or distribute your customer data or database tracking payloads for commercial purposes. Data is only shared with standard hosting and billing platforms operating under strict data security controls:

  • Firebase & Google Cloud: For hosting, relational and structural database memory storage, and functional server logic.
  • Stripe: For vaulting billing records, processing subscriptions safely, and analyzing billing analytics.
  • Brevo: For delivering outbound transactional emails, lifecycle automation messages, and broadcast campaigns.

4. Workspace Isolation & Security Controls

First-class security is woven into the architectural fabric of Atlis. Your data's safety is enforced through multi-layered controls:

  • Absolute Separation: All workspace collections are fully isolated. Cross-tenant access is restricted at the framework layer, verifying user authorization before resolving queries.
  • Encryption Standards: Data in transit is secured via HTTPS / TLS 1.3 encryption. Internal database repositories are encrypted at rest.
  • Anonymization Controls: Customers possess the option to pass securely obfuscated subscriber identifiers rather than raw private files inside window tracking configurations.

5. Your Legal Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

No matter where you reside, we support fundamental capabilities to ensure ownership of your profile. We honor legal requests including:

  • Request Access: Examine all individual profile data and telemetry logs tied to your workspace user profile.
  • Rectification: Rectify typos or out-of-date records within safety configurations.
  • Erasure / Deletion: Permanently wipe your user details, tracking entries, and system accounts.
  • Portability: Download a clean, standard export schema of your tracked audience logs.

6. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to review and adjust this Privacy Policy in response to updated regulations, changes in structure, or security audits. Major overhauls will be broadcasted clearly via our workspace changelog or registered email channels.
