Churn recovery for SaaS: win-backs and failed payments

Atlis Recovery shows who is about to leave and who already left, with the reason and a win-back email ready for each person. It recovers failed payments from Stripe or Paddle by email and shows who came back, so you can save customers before and after they cancel.

How it works

How does churn recovery work?

  1. 1

    Atlis spots the risk

Cancel or downgrade page visits, failed payments, unhappy scores, usage drops and low health put people on the Churn risk list.

  2. 2

    You reach out

Each person has a win-back or check-in email ready to send, from your own address.

  3. 3

    See what worked

Recovered payments and people who came back after cancelling are counted for you.

What you get

What's included in Churn recovery

  • Churn risk and Churned lists

Everyone at risk in the last 14 days, and everyone whose latest cancellation is still active, with whether you've reached out.

  • Visited your cancel page

A hot list of people who looked at cancelling this week, so you can talk to them first.

  • Failed payments

Connect Stripe or Paddle and the Payment Failed workflow emails the customer, then marks them recovered when the payment goes through.

  • Came back

People who returned after cancelling, how long they were gone and why they left.

  • Churn reasons

From your exit survey, Stripe's cancellation feedback or a CRM field, kept on each profile and grouped in Insights.

  • Likely to cancel

On Growth and Scale, paying customers whose last 30 days look like those who cancelled.
