What does Atlis store, and what does it never see?
Atlis never reads your database
Atlis doesn't connect to or have any access to your database or systems. Your app sends only what you choose, usually a user's ID, email and the lifecycle events you set up.
Only what you send
We store the identifiers and events you send, such as email, user ID, signup and last-active times and your tracked events, to run your dashboard and emails.
Never passwords or card details
We don't store your users' passwords, payment card details or the private content inside your product.
How is Atlis built to protect your data?
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Atlis runs on Google Cloud, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Identity verification
Turn it on and every identify and track call must carry a server-signed hash of the user ID, so nobody can send data as one of your users.
Signed webhooks
Every webhook Atlis sends carries a signature made with your secret, so your server can confirm it came from Atlis.
Unsubscribes and bounces
Every automated email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribes are respected, and bounced addresses stop getting email.
How do you stay in control?
You decide what to send
Atlis works with an ID and an email. Every other field and event is your choice.
Export at any time
Export your users to CSV whenever you like.
Delete when you want
Delete users one by one, or delete your whole account and workspace from Settings. You can also contact us to request deletion.

01Does Atlis access my database?
No. Atlis can only see what your app explicitly sends it through the snippet, the Server API, a CRM webhook, a CSV import or Stripe or Paddle.
02Does Atlis sell or share my data?
No. We don't sell data and only use what's sent to provide the service. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
03Where is my data stored?
Atlis is built on Google Cloud, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
