What does the HubSpot integration do?

Your CRM's leads and stages, in Atlis

  • Contacts flow in

    A HubSpot workflow sends each contact's ID, email and name to Atlis, using a Custom code action or, on plans that include it, the Send a webhook action.

  • Your statuses, mapped

    Map each HubSpot value to Activated, Churned, Reactivated, Pause automations, or a workflow trigger such as Trial Started, Subscription Activated, Payment Failed or Plan Upgraded. Atlis acts when the value changes.

  • Your own events

    A status Atlis doesn't have, like Demo booked, can fire your own custom event and start a Custom Event workflow.

  • Plans from your CRM

    Send a plan field and it fills the Plan column and the free, trial and paid filters on the Users page.

How do you connect HubSpot to Atlis?

    Get your Atlis API key

    In Atlis go to Settings → Integrations → Server API & CRM and generate an API key.

  2. 2

    Send contacts from a HubSpot workflow

    Use a Custom code action that posts to the Atlis identify endpoint, or the Send a webhook action pointed at the Atlis inbound URL with your fields mapped from a sample payload.

    Map your status values

    In CRM status mapping, choose what each HubSpot value means in Atlis, then switch on the workflows they trigger.

  • HubSpot's Custom code action needs a HubSpot plan that includes it (Operations Hub Professional or higher).
  • Pick one user ID and keep it, so Atlis doesn't create a second user for the same person.
  • Values sent as { "value": ... }, common in HubSpot, are read automatically.

Will old contacts get churn emails when I first sync?

No. A brand-new contact only fires Trial Started or Subscription Activated. Payment, plan-change and custom event values are saved but not emailed until the contact's status changes after that.
