Salesforce integration for lifecycle emails and churn signals

A record-triggered Flow with an HTTP Callout sends Salesforce records to Atlis as JSON. Send Atlis's own fields, or your Salesforce field names and map them once. Status changes then update the user's stage and start the matching workflow.

What it does

What does the Salesforce integration do?

Your CRM's leads and stages, in Atlis

  • Records flow in

A record-triggered Flow with an HTTP Callout action, or Apex, posts JSON to Atlis when a record is created or changed.

  • Your field names

Send Salesforce field names to the Atlis inbound URL and pick the user ID, email, name and status fields from a sample payload.

  • Statuses, mapped

Map each status value to Activated, Churned, Reactivated, Pause automations, or a workflow trigger such as Trial Started, Subscription Activated, Payment Failed or Plan Upgraded.

Setup

How do you connect Salesforce to Atlis?

Three steps, all in screens you already use. The setup guide has every detail.

  1. 1

    Get your Atlis API key

In Atlis go to Settings → Integrations → Server API & CRM and generate an API key.

  2. 2

    Build a record-triggered Flow

Add an HTTP Callout action that POSTs JSON to the Atlis identify URL, or to the inbound URL with your own field names.

  3. 3

    Map fields and statuses

For the inbound URL, paste a sample payload in Atlis and pick the fields. Then map your status values in CRM status mapping.
