How do i test its working?

Log in to your app, then use Settings → Setup → Test installation. It passes if the snippet is on the page you enter, or if Atlis got data from your app in the last 10 minutes. Then open Users and search for your own email; last active should say just now.

Why are users not showing up?

Check that: the script tag loads (window.Atlis exists in the console); data-tracking-id is on the tag; AtlisConfig is defined before the script (or identify() runs after login); you pass an email; you haven't hit your plan's user limit or daily cap; and, if identity verification is on, you send a valid userHash.

Open your app and log in
Load any page as a logged-in user so the snippet sends data.

Run the test
Go to Settings → Setup → Test installation, enter your website URL and click Test connection. It passes if the snippet is found on that page, or if Atlis received data from your app in the last 10 minutes.

Find yourself in Users
Open Users and search for your email. Your last active time should say just now.

Send a test event
In your browser console run window.Atlis.track("test_event"), then open your user in Users to see it.

Not working?

Check	Fix
`window.Atlis` is undefined in the console	The script didn't load. Check the script tag is on the page and nothing blocks it.
Script loads but no user appears	Make sure `data-tracking-id` is on the script tag and `AtlisConfig` is defined before it (or that `identify()` runs after login).
Users appear without an email	Pass the email in every identify call.
New users stopped appearing	You may have reached your plan's tracked-user limit or the daily cap of new users. See Plans & limits.
Requests return 403 identity_verification_failed	Identity verification is on. Send a valid `userHash`. See Identity verification.
