How do i get started?

1) Install the snippet from Settings → Setup → Install Atlis. 2) Identify logged-in users with their ID and email. 3) Check it with Settings → Setup → Test installation and the Users page. 4) In Workflows, add triggers, write the email and switch them on (new ones start as Draft). 5) Optionally connect Stripe or Paddle and Slack. The Getting started checklist on Users tracks this; reopen it with the Getting started button at the top right.

Quick start

Go from signup to your first automated email in five steps.

Install the tracking snippet
Add one script tag to your app. Copy it from Settings → Setup → Install Atlis or follow Install the snippet.

Identify your logged-in users
Send each user's ID and email so Atlis can email them. See Identify your users.

Check it works
Use Settings → Setup → Test installation, then open Users and look for yourself. See Test your installation.

Switch on your workflows
Open Workflows and pick triggers from the library. Each one starts with a ready-written email you can edit. Switch each one on when you're happy; new workflows start as Draft. See Workflows.

Optional: connect billing and Slack
Connect Stripe or Paddle for payment emails, and Slack for alerts.

Getting started checklist

The top of Users shows a checklist of these steps (plus your sender and App URL). It ticks each one off as it's done. You can hide it or dismiss it; to bring it back, click Getting started at the top right of Users. Each main page also shows a short intro the first time you open it.
