How do i import users from a csv?

On Users, click Import, upload a .csv and map the columns: Email (required), User ID (defaults to email), Name, Signup Date, Last Active Date, Is Activated (true/false, yes/no) and Plan. Importing never sends emails. Existing users are updated, not duplicated, and empty cells don't overwrite their data. New users count toward your plan limit.

How do i export users?

On Users, click Export CSV. You get ID, email, name, stage, activated, signup and last active dates, days inactive, health score and properties, filtered by your current tab and filters.

Open the importer
On Users, click Import. Click Download sample CSV for a template.

Upload and map columns
Upload your .csv file and match each column. Atlis guesses the matches from your headers.

Preview and import
Check the preview and click Start Import.

Column	Required	Notes
Email	Yes	Rows without an email are skipped.
User ID	Recommended	Uses the email if empty. Use the same ID your app sends, so the user isn't duplicated.
Name	Recommended
Signup Date	Optional	Defaults to the import time.
Last Active Date	Recommended	Defaults to the signup date.
Is Activated	Recommended	true/false, yes/no or 1/0.
Plan	Optional

Importing doesn't send any emails or start workflows.
New users count toward your plan's limit. If the file has more new users than you have room for, Atlis imports up to your limit and tells you how many were skipped.
Importing an existing user ID updates that user. Only the columns you mapped and filled in are changed; empty cells never blank out a name, plan or activation. An existing user's signup date is kept, and Last Active only moves forward.
Time-based workflows (like Not activated or Inactive) don't start for imported users until they're seen in your app.

Export to CSV

On Users, click Export CSV. The file includes External ID, Email, Name, Lifecycle Stage, Activated, Signup Date, Last Active, Days Inactive, Health Score and Properties, and respects your current tab and filters. While a search is active, only the search matches are exported.
