Account, privacy and deletion

• Atlis only stores what you send it. It never connects to your database.
• Individual events are deleted automatically after 30 days. Each user's latest activity is kept on their profile.
• Your server API key is shown once and stored only as a secure hash.

Password and login email

• Forgot your password? On the sign-in page click Forgot password?, enter your email and click Send reset link. Open the link in the email, choose a new password, then sign in. Check spam if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.
• Change your login email: go to Profile & Brand → Account, click Change email, enter the new email and your current password, and click Send verification link. The new email can't already belong to another Atlis account. Nothing changes until you click the link sent to the new address. After that, sign in again with the new email. Your workspace's account emails and your Paddle billing receipts switch to the new address automatically, and your old address gets a notice with a link to undo the change. The old email is then free, so it could be used for a new Atlis account, but that account won't get a second free trial.
• If you sign in with Google, your login email is your Google account's email and can't be changed in Atlis.

Delete your account

   Cancel your subscription first

   Deleting your account doesn't cancel billing. Use Cancel subscription on the Upgrade page.

   Delete

   Go to Settings → Advanced → Danger Zone → Delete my account, type DELETE and click Permanently delete. This removes your account, your workspace, your users and their data, workflows, logs, broadcasts, testimonials and exit surveys. It can't be undone. Atlis keeps only a one-way hash of your sign-in email, so a new account with that email doesn't get a second free trial.
