Unsubscribes
How your users opt out, and what Atlis does when they do.
- Every email Atlis sends to your users and leads (workflows, broadcasts, manual Recovery emails and lead emails) has an unsubscribe link, plus one-click unsubscribe headers that Gmail and other inboxes use.
- When someone unsubscribes, they stop getting workflow emails, broadcasts and manual emails. They stay tracked. Unsubscribed leads also stop getting lead emails, and any scheduled ones are cancelled.
- Unsubscribed users show under Users → Email: Unsubscribed and on their profile.
- To stop emails to one user without them unsubscribing, use Pause automations for this user on their profile.
