Plan prices and revenue

Enter what each plan costs to see what every user pays, your monthly revenue and the revenue at risk.

On this page

Atlis doesn't need Stripe or Paddle to show revenue. Enter a price for each plan once, and Atlis matches it to each user's plan name. It works however the plan reaches Atlis: the snippet's plan, the API's plan field, a CRM field mapped to plan, or a Stripe or Paddle plan change.

  1. 1

    Open Plan prices

Go to Settings → Setup → Plan prices.

  2. 2

    Add your plans

Plans Atlis has found on your users are listed with their user counts. Click one (or Add all) and type the price. You can also click Add plan and type a plan name yourself.

  3. 3

Set the currency and billing period

Choose your currency, and per month or per year for each plan. Yearly prices count as one twelfth per month.

  4. 4

    Save

Click Save prices. The preview shows the monthly revenue these prices add up to.

Where you see it

  • Users shows each user's price under their plan, and a revenue summary: monthly revenue, revenue at risk (inactive and at-risk users) and churned revenue (churned users still on a priced plan).
  • A user's profile shows their plan and price.
  • Export CSV adds Plan price and Monthly value columns.

How matching works

  • Plan names match without regard to upper and lower case or extra spaces, so a price for "Pro" also covers "pro" and "PRO".
  • Users whose plan has no price, or who have no plan, show no revenue and aren't counted in the totals.
  • Plan names found on your users, and the revenue totals, update about once an hour. Prices on each user show right away.
  • When Stripe or Paddle cancels a subscription, Atlis sets that user's plan to free, so they drop out of revenue.

Nothing changes in your snippet or API calls. Keep sending the plan name you already send.
