How do i find a user?

Users lists everyone Atlis tracks. Use the tabs (New, Onboarding, Activated, Inactive, At risk, Need attention, Churned and more), search by name or email, or use Refine segmentation to filter by Health, Plan, Age, Source, Connected via (snippet or CRM/API) and Email (unsubscribed). Click a user to see their profile.

How do i stop emails to one user?

Open the user in Users and switch on 'Pause automations for this user'. Workflow emails stop for them, and broadcasts skip them unless you tick 'Include users with paused automations'. They stay tracked. This is separate from unsubscribing.

Select multiple users?

On Users, tick the box next to each user, or the header box to select the whole page. A bar appears at the bottom: Copy emails, Export CSV (just the selected users), Add to segment (Starter and above), and Pause automations or Resume. To copy one email, hover over it and click the copy icon.

How are tracked users counted?

Each unique user ID counts once toward your plan's limit, however many events they send. The sidebar shows how many you're using. Events and emails aren't counted.

Filters are paused while you search. The list updates by itself while you have it open.

A user's profile

Click a user to see their lifecycle stage, health score, signup and last active dates, source, properties, Emails Sent, Activity Timeline and segments.

Pause automations for this user stops workflow emails to them. They stay tracked, and broadcasts skip them too unless you tick Include users with paused automations when sending. This is separate from unsubscribing.
Subscription Status shows whether they unsubscribed. Unsubscribed users don't get workflow emails or broadcasts.
You can add the user to one of your custom segments.

Work with several users at once

Tick the box next to users (or the box in the header to select everyone on the page). A bar appears at the bottom with:

Copy emails copies the selected users' emails, separated by commas.
Export CSV downloads just the selected users. The Export button at the top downloads everyone matching your filters.
Add to segment adds them to one of your custom segments (Starter and above).
Pause automations and Resume switch workflow emails off or on for all of them. Paused users show a Paused badge.

To copy one email, hover over it and click the copy icon.
