On Users, switch from People to Companies to see your users grouped into the customer companies they belong to. Each company shows how many people Atlis tracks there and how many were active in the last 14 days, their average health score, the company's MRR, its seats, when someone there was last active and whether it's at risk. Paying companies at risk come first, then the rest by MRR and size. Click a company to see its people in the list, filtered to Company: <name>; from there you can Save as segment to email everyone at that company with a broadcast. A person's profile shows their company too.

How Atlis groups people into companies

  • A company ID you send, the strongest match: companyId, company_id, organizationId, orgId, accountId, teamId, workspaceId, groupId or company.id.
  • A company name: company, companyName, organization, accountName, business, teamName, workspaceName or company.name. Names are compared without capital letters, punctuation or endings like Inc, LLC, Ltd or GmbH, so "Acme, Inc." and "ACME" are one company. A name that always comes with the same company ID joins that ID's company. Placeholders like "none", "test" or "self employed" are ignored.
  • Their work email domain, when they have neither. If most people at a domain (80% or more of those who name a company) name the same company, everyone else at that domain joins it; otherwise they're grouped by the domain. Personal addresses such as Gmail, Outlook, iCloud or Apple's private relay are never grouped.
  • These fields can come from Atlis.identify(), the Server API, your CRM or the Company column of a CSV import.
  • Test accounts and leads aren't counted. Companies are rebuilt once a day; the list shows the top 200.

What each company shows

ColumnWhat it means
PeopleEveryone Atlis tracks there, and how many were active in the last 14 days.
HealthThe average health score of the people there who haven't cancelled.
MRRWhat its paying people pay per month, from Stripe or Paddle, or from your plan prices.
SeatsThe quantities on its live Stripe or Paddle subscriptions.
StatusPaying, not paying, churned, or at risk with the reason.

When a company is at risk

A paying company is at risk when someone there has a failed payment that hasn't been paid, someone visited your cancel or downgrade page in the last 14 days, nobody there was active in the last 14 days, at least half of its people are inactive or at risk, a paying person's usage dropped, or its average health is under 40 (checked in that order; the first one is the reason shown). When a paying company with 2 or more people becomes at risk, the Company at risk owner alert can post it to Slack and your webhook; it links to the company. It's also listed in the bell for 7 days while the company is still at risk, whether or not Slack is connected.
