Needs attention

A user needs attention when they're Inactive or At risk, their health score is under 50, their trial ends within 3 days, or they had a failed payment, cancellation, cancel page visit, downgrade or data export in the last 30 days. Users added only through the API or CRM, with no activity, need attention only for those warning signals.
