How long is the trial?

New workspaces get a 14-day trial with full Growth access and up to 5,000 tracked users. Afterwards the workspace moves to the Free plan (250 tracked users) automatically. There's one trial per sign-in email, so a new or re-created workspace for the same email starts on Free.

What happens when i hit my limit?

You get emails at 80% and 100%. At the limit new users aren't added, and if you go over it (e.g. after a trial) all workflow emails pause until you upgrade or the count drops. Every plan also has a cap of 2,000 new users per day.

Free+ gives 500 tracked users and 8 broadcasts a month, permanently. On the Upgrade page, submit a link to your review on Product Hunt, G2 or Trustpilot, and the team upgrades you within 24 hours.

Every plan can add up to 2,000 new tracked users per day (UTC).

You pay for tracked users only. Events and workflow emails aren't counted. Broadcasts have their own monthly limits (see Broadcasts).

Free trial

New workspaces get a 14-day trial with full Growth access and up to 5,000 tracked users. When it ends, the workspace moves to Free automatically, and its plan changes to Free on your account. Each person gets one trial: a new workspace created with the same sign-in email (even after deleting the old one or the account) starts on Free.

When you reach your limit

You get an email at 80% and at 100% of your limit.
Once you reach it, new users aren't added. Existing users keep being tracked.
If you go over it (for example after a trial ends), all workflow emails pause until you upgrade or the count drops.
Separately, every plan can add at most 2,000 new users per day (UTC), which protects you from fake-user spam.

Free+

Free+ doubles the Free plan to 500 tracked users and 8 broadcasts a month, permanently. On the Upgrade page, write a review on Product Hunt, G2 or Trustpilot and submit the link; the team upgrades you within 24 hours. You can also refer a friend with your referral link.
