Can i edit the emails?

Yes. In Workflows, open a workflow and click Edit Template on the email. Edit the Subject and Email body, check the Preview tab, then click Save changes. Enter your own account email next to Send Test to get a copy.

Which email variables can i use?

Use {{displayName}} (the user's name), {{productName}} (your workspace name) and {{ctaLink}} (your App URL from Profile & Brand, or the feedback form in testimonial emails) in any email. {{daysSinceActive}} and {{trialExpiresDate}} work in inactive and trial emails, follow-ups and broadcasts. {{email}} works in follow-ups and broadcasts.

How do i change the sender email?

Go to Profile & Brand and set Sender name and Sender email (the From your users see), plus Logo URL, Brand color, Button color and Company name (footer). Click Save changes in the bar at the bottom. Without a sender email, emails come from Atlis (hello@theatlis.com).

Edit an email

In a workflow, click Edit Template on an email. Use the Subject, Email body and Preview tabs, then click Save changes. To send yourself a copy, enter your own account email next to Send Test on the email card. Test emails can only go to your own verified account email.

A variable that isn't available in that email is left as written, so check the Preview tab before you switch a workflow on.

Sender and branding

Go to Profile & Brand to set the Sender name and Sender email your users see (the Inbox preview shows how it looks), plus your Logo URL, Brand color, Button color and Company name (footer). The Live preview shows a sample email on desktop or mobile. Click Save changes in the bar at the bottom. Without a sender email, emails come from Atlis (hello@theatlis.com).

The logo appears at the top of every email. Without one, your company name is shown instead.
Brand color colors your lead capture page (for gated links), and email buttons when no button color is set.
Button color is used for buttons in the built-in email templates and for buttons you insert in the editor.
