Open Upgrade (in the sidebar, or click the tracked-users meter) and choose a plan; Paddle handles payment. On a paid plan, changes apply immediately and are prorated. Use Update payment method or Cancel subscription in the Your billing panel. After cancelling you move to Free, and nothing is deleted.

Upgrade, change plan, update your card or cancel.

Upgrade: open Upgrade in the sidebar (shown on trial and free plans) or click the tracked-users meter, then choose a plan. Payment is handled securely by Paddle.
Change plan: on a paid plan, pick another plan on the same page. The change applies straight away and is prorated.
Update your card or cancel: use Update payment method or Cancel subscription in the Your billing panel on the Upgrade page.
After cancelling, your workspace moves to the Free plan at the end of the billing period. Nothing is deleted.
