How do testimonials work?

The Testimonial Request workflow emails activated, recently active users with health 70+ a link to your feedback form (NPS, star rating, optional quote). New ones appear in Pending review for you to Approve or Reject. Once approved, share the public gallery link or embed it with the iframe code on the Testimonials page.

Ask happy users for a review automatically, approve them, and embed a gallery.

Requests go out automatically
The Testimonial Request workflow is on by default. It emails activated, recently active users with a health score of 70+ (see the Trigger reference).

Users fill in your feedback form
They give an NPS score, a 1–5 star rating and an optional quote. You can also share the Public form URL from the Testimonials page.

Approve
New testimonials land in Pending review. Click Approve or Reject. You get an email for each new one.

Share your gallery
Once one is approved, Share your gallery appears on the Testimonials page with your public link and embed code. It looks like this:

The Eligible tab shows who currently qualifies for a request.
