Lead Capture and links

See which channels bring users, create tracked short links, and capture leads.

Sources

Lead Capture → Sources lists each acquisition channel with total signups, signups in the last 7 days, activation rate and average health score. Sources come from UTM tags and referrers the snippet records, or the sourceTag you send through the API. Users with no source show as Direct.

  • In Lead Capture → Links, use New Tracked Link: enter the destination URL and an optional custom slug (3 to 50 letters, numbers, dashes or underscores). Links look like https://link.theatlis.com/your-slug.
  • Active links per plan: Free and Free+ 5, Starter 15, Growth and trial 50, Scale 100. Paused links don't count.
  • Click history: 7 days on Free, 30 on Starter, 90 on Growth, Scale and trial.
  • Pausing a link makes it show a "This link isn't active" page. Deleting a link retires its slug for good.
  • Destinations must be ordinary http or https web pages. Link shorteners, IP addresses, downloads and unsafe sites are blocked.

Lead gating

Switch on Require Email (Lead Gating) to ask for an email before redirecting. Captured leads appear in Leads, where you can set their stage (New, Contacted, Qualified, Converted), search, export and delete them. The Lead Gate Auto-Responder can email new leads automatically, and every email to a lead includes an unsubscribe link. Lead gating and the auto-responder need Growth, Scale or an active trial; if your plan changes, gated links simply redirect without asking for an email.
