Trial expired email
A trial expired email goes to users whose trial ended without upgrading. Give them an easy way to upgrade, offer a short extension if that fits your model, and ask what stopped them.

When it sends in Atlis
You track trial_expired, for example from a nightly job using POST /api/v1/events. Atlis doesn't send this on its own.
Goal: Recover trials that ended without converting, and learn why.
Tips for this email
- Offer a clear next step: upgrade, extend, or tell you what was missing.
- Keep their data safe and say so, so coming back is low-risk.
- Collect the reason. It's the most useful feedback for improving your trial.

Questions
Does Atlis detect expired trials itself?
No. Track trial_expired from a nightly job or your billing system, for example with POST /api/v1/events. Atlis sends the email once per user.
Should I offer an extension?
It depends on your product. If users need more time to see value, a short extension often converts better than a discount.
